Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the DoorWorth mobile application (the “App”), a product of JMIE Investments LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App to manage your own rental-property finances, subject to these Terms.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

The App offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your device’s Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Prices are shown in the App.

3. Bank Connections

If you connect a bank account, you do so through Plaid Inc. We never receive or store your bank login credentials. Your use of bank-connectivity features is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Plaid’s applicable terms.

4. Not Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

DoorWorth is an organizational and informational tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Figures and reports are based on the information available to the App and should be verified before relying on them. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JMIE Investments LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective” date above.
